1. Returns

Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns once a product has been delivered, except in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged during transit.
  • Incorrect product was delivered.
  • Product packaging is tampered with before delivery.
  • Product is expired at the time of delivery.

To request a return or replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved if:

  • The order was not delivered.
  • A damaged or incorrect product was delivered.
  • The order was cancelled before shipment.

Fuelbite reserves the right to verify all claims before approving a refund.

4. Refund Timeline

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5โ€“7 business days through the original payment method.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, the amount may take additional time to reflect in your account.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
  • Failed delivery due to customer unavailability
  • Minor packaging damage that does not affect product quality
